Service Description
Schedule an initial appointment to discuss the immigration forms and supporting documents you need assistance preparing. Kaiser's M.I.N.T. Services LLC provides non-attorney document preparation and administrative assistance based on information provided by the client. The $30 appointment fee applies to this initial session only. Any additional preparation services will be discussed and quoted separately. Legal advice and legal representation are not provided.
Cancellation Policy
Appointments must be booked at least 3 days in advance. Cancellations or rescheduling requests must be made at least 3 days before the appointment. Cancellations made at least 3 days before the appointment are eligible for a full refund of the $30 appointment fee. Cancellations made less than 3 days before the appointment must be requested directly and will receive a $15 refund, with $15 retained as a late-cancellation fee. No-shows are non-refundable.
