Cancellation Policy

Submitting a wedding request through this website does not confirm or reserve the ceremony date. After a request is received, a scheduled phone or in-person discussion is required to review the ceremony details, location, availability, travel requirements, and applicable fees. A Square estimate will then be provided. If the client accepts the estimate, a Square invoice will be issued. A $60 deposit paid through Square is required to secure the ceremony date. The remaining balance and any applicable travel fees must be paid no later than 1 week before the scheduled ceremony. Clients may cancel at any time; however, the refund amount depends on when the cancellation occurs. For cancellations made 3 or more days before the ceremony, all amounts paid will be refunded except $30. For cancellations made less than 3 days but at least 24 hours before the ceremony, the $60 deposit will be retained and any amount paid above the deposit will be refunded. For cancellations made less than 24 hours before the ceremony or for no-shows, the $60 deposit will be retained. If travel has already occurred, applicable travel or mileage charges will also be retained. Any remaining refundable amount will be returned according to this policy. Canceling online does not automatically determine or guarantee the refund amount.
